How to deal with recycled glass wine bottles

As glass products, there are four main methods for the treatment of recycled glass wine bottles:
1. As a casting flux
Broken glass wine bottles can be used as a flux for the melting of cast steel and cast copper alloys, covering the molten liquid to prevent oxidation.
2. Transformation utilization
After crushing a glass wine bottle, it is processed into small glass particles, which can be used for the following purposes:
(1) Using glass fragments as a combination of road surfaces has many advantages over using other materials, such as reducing vehicle lateral rollover accidents, proper reflection of light, good road wear, and rapid melting of snow.
(2) Mixing crushed glass with building materials to produce building products such as prefabricated building parts and building bricks.
(3) Crushed glass is used to make building surface decorations, reflective panel materials, arts and crafts, and clothing accessories.
(4) The mixture of glass and plastic waste and building materials can be made into synthetic building products, etc.
3. Furnace recycling
After pre-treatment of the recovered glass wine bottles, they are returned to the furnace for melting to produce glassware, glass fibers, etc.
4. Raw material recycling
Recycled broken glass is used as an additive for glass products, as proper addition of broken glass helps the glass melt at lower temperatures.
